The company Modus JSC is owned by Monolit JSC . Its main activity is woodworking, metalworking, concrete products and the preparation of construction iron. A daily task for the plant would be producing PVC windows and profiles from European companies or others, aluminum windows, curtain walls, tilling with composite materials, etalbond and MDF interior doors - smooth and veneer. All workings of Modus JSC are applicable to doors, windows, facades (curtain walls), roofings, office systems and other.
Wooden and PVC window frames
One of the main activities of the plant Modus is manufacturing and installing high quality window frames for the needs of households and businesses. One of the advantages of the company is that it follows trends in the field and adheres to high-tech innovations in production and design.
Wooden window frames - Wood is a natural building material from the time of our ancestors. Compared with other modern materials, wood has the highest thermal insulation, lets also not forget, that wooden window frames have no condensation. Along with its advantages however, there are disadvantages too - wooden profiles require special care, such as color protection against environmental influences, especially the sun.
PVC window frames retain heat better and lets off the cold from the outside much slower. They have all the qualities regarding the seal, maintenance and appearance, but with better thermotechnical characteristics, which avoids the disadvantages of aluminum profiles. PVC does not corrode, and as thermoplastic material it retains all its properties in recycling.

It can be a double-layered or triple-layered, depending on the number of glass panes. Aluminum window frames and interior doors
Aluminium window frames - Aluminum is a versatile lightweight material with easy maintenance. It has a long life span, it is resistant to all kinds of weather conditions and corrosion and it can be easily processed repeatedly with minimal loss of material. Aluminum windows are very strong and practically eternal. Aluminum does not corrode from moisture, is not affected by large temperature differences and retains its structure. It allows complex architectural decisions. It is used for areas with various different purposes, especially in the construction of conservatories and facades. It is applicable for balcony glazing, in balconies which are not heated. Mounted on the outer wall in a heated room with high humidity, it ensures condensation and mold, so that kind of use is not desirable.

Modus has 15 years experience behind its back in production ofinterior doors. They come in the following varieties - PVC door / frame and sash /, combined / frame of PVC and MDF wing /, doors of MDF panels with polyurethane coating and doors from MDF boards with natural veneer.
The MDF door panels with polyurethane coating are a wonderful idea of contemporary design with clean lines and modern technologies in various forms - smooth wings, profiled with different glazing. They can be glazed with a wide range of glass and panels, according to the idea and vision of the customer. The rich color palette enables a number of interior solutions for office or home. The surface of the doors have high resistance to moisture, wearing out, mechanical damage and in types with rough laminated surfaces they don’t leave fingerprints.
Interior doors from MDF panels with natural veneer are a combination of classic and tradition in different forms - smooth wings, profiled and with different glazing. Modus offers one of the most sought veneers - mahogany, pine, oak, fir, cherry and others. Interior doors find their use in house and office buildings because if their functionality and accessibility. They are also preferred because of their resistance to ultraviolet rays that pure wood generally reacts to, and last but not least their sound insulation, easy cleaning and maintenance.

For the production of the interior doors, quality Italian AGB lining is being used and DEVENTER sealings. They ensure quiet closing and excellent sealing. We guarantee many years of operation of the doors without changing their appearance and functionality.

The market growth and the increasing requirements of our products and services established the development of a specialized field of the plant MODUS for exterior and interior furnishing of buildings. Its vision is the development of advanced designer solutions, that cover the entire look of the building mentioned, like metal fences, visors and doors, kitchens and complete home furnishing, furnishing of shopping centers, exterior and interior parapets in a combination of different materials. With time passing, the “Design” department succeeded in creating a highly qualified team of experts, thus allowing for the completion of many sites on the territory of Bulgaria.
