In 2004 a part of the family of Monolit JSC becomes BKS – Madzharovo, the association has a quarry for aggregates, concrete and construction base in the town, thereby expanding the scope of the company in Southern Bulgaria. The company’s history began in 1983 as a property doing construction and repair activities in municipality Madzharovo. As a result of the investment policy of Monolit JSC, it gradually expanded its facilities and staff number of specialists to be able to take over the execution of orders and the territory of neighboring municipalities.

The main activity of BKS Madzharovo Ltd. is related to construction and repair activity, concrete production, lime grouts and aggregates. Sites in which the company operates are in the field of industrial and civil construction, infrastructure - water supply, sewerage and others. In addition, it actively participated as a subcontractor in new, promising projects financed by European funds and investment programs such as PHARE, SAPARD and others.

BKS Madzharovo Ltd. has its own machinery (rollers, dump trucks, excavators, etc.) and a repair workshop forservising their autobase. For the purposes of its activities it also has a warehouse for spare parts and building materials, and also its own concrete center with capacity of 15-20 cub. m. / hour, lime farm and quarry for sand and felt.
