Since 2000 Monolit JSC becomes gradually owner of several quarries, meeting the needs of the company from building materials and large capacity to enable active participation in the construction market in Bulgaria:
- screening careers of the Maritsa River in village Skobelevo and town of Dimitrovgrad, near to the Arda River
- in the town of Madjarovo, village Potochnitsa, a stone quarry in village Krepost
The purchase of these quarries is part of the investment policy of the company.
Skobelevo
- Production and marketing of sand and filler materials;

Madzharovo
- Production and marketing of sand, felt, gravel and filler materials;
