One of the challenges that Monolit JSC faces is tourism. Bold, creative and very emotional direction characterized by indomitable spirit and ambition. This choice has its own prehistory and it is the pioneer camp Haskovo in village Ravda near to our Southern coast. Management is undertaken for a period of four years. This is the time during which the company recruits and gained valuable experience in the tourism industry. Combining vision in terms of the builder and the interest in the management of holiday complexes, leads to a deepening of the objectives in this area. These factors taken together, form the idea of developing self-direction within the company. Thus the management team of Monolit JSC set the beginning of Tourism.
At the present time Monolit JSC created several such objects.
In 2006 opened Park Hotel Green Europe. Located in the heart of the beautiful park Kenana. The only four-star hotel in the town of Haskovo, which offers various options for recreation, teambuilding and business meetings. The team managing the Park Hotel Green Europe is one of perspective departments in the company.
Another realized object from Monolit JSC is Eco Complex Smilyan. It is part of actively developing in recent years, rural tourism co-financed under SAPARD. It is located in the beautiful Rhodopes, village Smilyan. Situated in a picturesque and unique place of Arda River in the area where it flows into natural mineral spring. The temperature of the spring water is suitable for breeding of trout, which from the beginning turns into a real attraction for the area around the village Smilyan.
Available to guests are four separate two-storey villas, a hotel, restaurant, beach and parking. An integral part of the complex is the chapel "Archangel Michael", located at the foot of a picturesque hill. Design department of the company has a project for the whole interior in ethnic style and takes its furnishing.
Management of the complex is realized by Monolit JSC in partnership.
