The investment policy of each company is the result of experience, ambition and well thought out steps for the realization of an important and well-built project. Using the ideas of the board and adhering to the concepts of development of the company, Monolit JSC took on the investment objects that have expanded and enriched its activities.

The first and most important of them is the construction of Park Hotel Green Europe in park Kenana, town of Haskovo. It marked the beginning of large investment projects of the company in the field of tourism. What Impresses is the innovative style, in which the hotel was designed and built. The complex is built on 7000 m2 area, positioned in one of the most beautiful parks in the town and is the only four-star hotel in the region. With its strategic location right from the opening it became the starting point for cultural and historical routes in Southeast Bulgaria and a preferred destination for conference and family tourism.

Thus, in a logical and organized order, led to the second investment object. Reinvesting hard work, creativity and desire for comfort and functionality, was built apart-hotel St. Trifon in the resort Pamporovo. The complex combines the following important advantages: it is located at a strategic place for the complex - close to the center, bus station and ski facilities; wonderful view to the mountains from each apartment; opportunity for year-round recreation and sightseeing in the region. It consists of 52 fully furnished apartments and the designer furniture gives a feeling of coziness and warmth.

Fully completed is also one of the latest investment projects of Monolit JSC. Together with its partners the company buit eco complex Smilyan in village Smilyan, near the resort Pamporovo. The vision that followed is entirely in ethnic style and the design direction of the company is again in its leading role at the implementation of the furniture in the complex.

Result of this construction are cafe Lora, situated in the center of town of Haskovo, several pharmacies in the area, three gas stations - MP Techniks and two departmental.
